[Giveaway!] ARC of Dear Bully

I recently purchased a final copy of Dear Bully an anthology of short stories about bullying written by 70 authors, so I'm hosting a random giveaway for the ARC I have!

There will be one winner who receive my ARC of Dear Bully and maybe some other goodies ;) Giveaway will run until next Monday and is open to US residents ONLY. Good luck!

Dear Bully: Seventy Authors Tell Their Stories
Publication Date: September 1st, 2011
Publisher: HarperTeen
Page Count: 352
You are not alone

Discover how Lauren Kate transformed the feeling of that one mean girl getting under her skin into her first novel, how Lauren Oliver learned to celebrate ambiguity in her classmates and in herself, and how R.L. Stine turned being the “funny guy” into the best defense against the bullies in his class.

Today’s top authors for teens come together to share their stories about bullying—as silent observers on the sidelines of high school, as victims, and as perpetrators—in a collection at turns moving and self-effacing, but always deeply personal.

  2. I was a victim of bullying, both cyber and in school in middle school and freshman year of high school. People don't understand how much of an impact it can have...

  3. I was bullied in Middle School. It was a rough time for me but I was able to pull through. Those kids who made fun of me...well, their lives kinda suck right now. What goes around, comes around.

Thanks for the giveaway! I'm a new follower!

  4. I was horribly bullied in school. I found out one person felt so badly about it he has avoided me since out of embarrassment. I had another apologize for one instance of bullying, and I didn't even remember the instance because it just blended into all of the others.

  5. I haven't personally been bullied. I will admit that in elementary school I was somewhat of a bully to a few people, but I have since apologized (profusely) and have become friends with them. I feel horrible about it still even though they've forgiven me.

  8. I've been fortunate to not be bullied much at all. Being homeschooled helps. ;) But I went to public school up until 5th grade and I was bullied a bit in 4th grade. Again, nothing too bad, I mean the girl apologized and bought me a Coke the next day, but she did make me have to go the restroom and cry a bit.

Thanks for the giveaway, this book looks SO amazing.

  9. I was a victim of bullying by another girl. One day I was just sick of it and I somehow stood up to her and she was nice to me after that.

  14. Yes. For years I was bullied for being to mature and being overweight. I was a bulimic for a few years and even now, I still struggle with it a little bit. Fortunately, I'm not bullied anymore.
